Ayutthaya Today

Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya or Ayutthaya province is the old capital of Thailand. In the past, Ayuthaya have many important events happening as wars, heroes, rebel, and so on. Nowadays that province has become city of Thai history and have choice for traveler can choose to visit . . .Ayutthaya have interest attraction and divided into 3 groups as

First, Archaeological site : Ayutthaya have many archaeological site who likes to travel in this style and for the place traveler can not missed as "Bang Pa-In Palace" that was built by Kings Prasat Thong. One theory is that he build in honor of a second maternal figure.

Second, pay respect to the Buddha.In Ayutthaya have many Buddha image invaluable in this province and also have a lot of important temple such as "Wat Phananchoeng". Wat Phananchoeng have "Luang Pho To" the principle Bhuddha statue is landmark and also have Wat Yaichaimongkol that most place for relax and find delicious food to eat.

Third, History Center and Museum. Ayutthaya province have many historical study center and museum wait for traveler such as "Chao Sampraya" is a national historical museum that National Museum various archaeological objects and antiques discovered in Ayutthaya province. These objects, including ancient treasures from Ratburana Temple, Mahatat Temple, and Sri Suriyothai Chedi, are invaluable in terms of historical and cultural importance for historians and archaeologists alike. The showrooms in the museum are tastefully designed and two new buildings have been recently constructed.

Finally, If you have time I would like to suggest everyone to visit this province because you will see many important place and receive knowledge about Thailand period. Last, don't forgot to pray 9 temple because Thai people believe if who can visit 9 temples in one day their will happiness and have better thing come to their life. . .
