Blog is a part of a website, most blogs are interactive, allow visitors to post comments and even message and it is this interactivity. As blog continue to attract viewers the marketers are rushing to take the advantage of the new medium. Many companies use blogs to replace focus group for research, to develop better customer relations programs, to promote new brands, to conduct public relations activities, and blogs can now reach millions of potential customers.

The problem is the company cannot control negative comments or negative review or fake blog from the customer that buy product or service of company because blog allow consumers to write what they please. And the biggest drawback of blog of many companies is not up to date. That is the most problem on blog that I met. Like practically everything on the website, blogs are easy to start and hard to maintain.

The company should focus on your website, your blog, and your information that the audiences interested because today everyone usually find the information of product or service on the internet.  The company can inform the new policies, product and services. And for those negative comments, the company must allow customer to show their experience and comments with their background as real name, address, or email that the other customer can trust.
