Common mistake in customer service.

Hi,everyone today I want to talk about "The common mistake of customer service" have you ever been to see mistake of customer service? I think every people have been to found the service poor.. How about that reasons? How about your feeling? You upset right? You feel bad right? ....
Exactly, The customer service is heart of any business. Some company or organization can go out of business if their have poor customer service. So, I would like to talk with everyone about my experiences about poor customer service.

So, Have you ever been to transportation by bus ... ?


I think bus can be risks so much. How? Have you ever been to stay in jet-bus? haha. Many drivers prefer to drive faster than the objective risk justifies. I don't know why? many accident caused by the negligence of one person. Moreover some bus have bus ticket collector disrespectful to passengers. So, I think everything it not good for passengers. You can see some news about bus killers people..

Finally, that are some mistake of bus customer service in my opinion not all the bus drivers are poor you can see good service on most of bus in everywhere. Lasting I want to told everyone ...  mistake can happen every time and everywhere customer must to be careful yourself and your family not underestimate.
